The art of Otto Dix closely resembles what can be seen in the well known
film "All Quiet on the Western Front", 1928, by Erich Maria Remarque.
However, a better title might have been "All Quiet on the Western Front,
but NOT on the Eastern Front"
One of the few positive results of war, is the knowledge gained from radical
surgery used to reconstruct facial disfigurement. Thus facial disfigurement
due to causes other than war can benefit mankind. Do you think generals
